Secret Wool Society is Calgary fibre artist, Megan Borg. Megan’s obsession with fibre first began when she started sewing several years ago. Eventually Megan learned how to knit (it’s still pretty rare to see her in public without a pair of knitting needles and yarn in hand). And in recent years, Megan ventured in to the world of weaving.

In addition to weaving, Megan loves dabbling in other crafts like embroidery, felting, cross stitch, and yarn dyeing. She recently started taking a pottery class for fun. Aside from crafting, she can also be found puttering around her garden growing tomatoes, cooking, baking, drinking tea, and watching British period dramas on Netflix.
